Welcome to ZVR Heirlooms LLC. Throughout this site, the terms “ZVR,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZVR Heirlooms LLC, the owner and operator of this website and online store located at zvrheirlooms.com (“Site”).

By accessing our Site and/or purchasing from us, you (“you,” “customer,” “buyer,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or make a purchase.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revisions on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Online Store Terms

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or have consent from a legal guardian.

You may not use our products or website for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products, Descriptions & Natural Variation

All jewelry offered through ZVR is handcrafted, and many pieces contain natural gemstones, meaning:

  • Colors, inclusions, patterns & luster may vary
  • No two stones or handcrafted pieces will be identical
  • Photos may not perfectly match the item received
  • We make every effort to display colors accurately, but cannot guarantee exact monitor or lighting representation.

All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Suspected fraud or high-risk activity
  • Inaccurate billing information
  • Out-of-stock inventory

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information at checkout. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Estimated processing times: 2–7 business days before shipment. Delivery times may vary by carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays, weather impacts, or carrier delays.

Once a package is scanned as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier first; we will assist when possible but are not liable for carrier loss or misdelivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our end.

5. Return Policy

We offer refunds or store credit on eligible returns. To qualify, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
 ✔ The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery
 ✔ Items must pass inspection upon return

We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.
 If the item is defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund the item in full.

Worn, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund. If an item is returned in non-original condition, it may be rejected and no refund or credit will be issued.

Refunds and store credits are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Lifetime Warranty & Repair Program

We proudly offer lifetime warranty coverage for normal wear-and-tear repairs.

Covered:

  • Closure tightening
  • Stone re-setting
  • Tarnish or material failure under normal use

Not covered:

  • Lost earrings / missing pieces
  • Intentional misuse or breakage
  • Water/chemical/perfume exposure damage
  • Deep scratches, crushing, or fire-related damage

Customer is responsible for shipping to/from our studio for repairs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to determine eligibility.

7. Personal Information & Data Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data handling practices including email or SMS communication when opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All product designs, text, branding, logos, photography, and media on this Site are owned by ZVR Heirlooms LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written authorization.

9. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Submissions, Social Tags)

If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or tag us on social platforms, you grant ZVR a royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, or promote that content for marketing purposes. We do not owe compensation for submitted content unless otherwise agreed.

10. Allergies & Safety Disclaimer

Our products may contain metals including gold-fill, sterling silver, vermeil plating, brass, or alloy components. Customers are responsible for understanding personal skin sensitivities or allergies.

ZVR is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or improper product usage including choking hazards for children. Keep jewelry away from infants and pets.

11. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All products are provided as-is with no guarantees beyond those stated. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted:

ZVR Heirlooms LLC is not responsible for damages including lost profits, lost jewelry, allergic reactions, shipping delays, inability to use the service, or product misuse.

Liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or products to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Harass, defraud, or harm others
  • Upload malware, bots, scrapers, or harmful code
  • Misrepresent identity or information

We may terminate your access for violating these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes shall first attempt private resolution, followed by binding arbitration, and may not be pursued as class action without written agreement.
