ZVR Heirlooms Refund / Return / Store-Credit Policy

This Refund / Return / Store-Credit Policy applies to all purchases made at zvrheirlooms.com.
1. Refunds Are Now Available
ZVR Heirlooms now offers refunds or store credit on eligible returns.
To qualify for a refund:
✔ The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
✔ Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
✔ Must pass inspection when returned to us
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
If you prefer, you may request store credit instead of a refund.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, the returned item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Be accompanied by your original order information (order number, date, and email used)
Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for return. ZVR reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing credit.
3. Return Shipping
- Lost/untracked return parcels cannot be refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund / Store Credit

Email support@zvrheirlooms.com with your order number, description of the item, and reason for return.

Once we approve your request, we will provide return instructions and shipping address.

Ship the item back within 10 days of approval. Returns shipped after that may be rejected.
5. Processing Returns & Issuing Credit
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item.
- If approved, refund or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Once confirmed, we will either replace the item at no charge (including return shipping), or issue store credit if replacement is not possible.
7. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items — including but not limited to earrings once worn — may be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.” These items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
8. Warranty & Repair Rights (Separate from Returns)
Our lifetime warranty / repair program remains unaffected by this Return Policy. If your item qualifies for warranty repair, follow the instructions on our Warranty page. Repairs under warranty are handled separately from return/store-credit requests.
9. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order applies.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.
