Shipping & Delivery Policy (Part of Terms & Service)
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed at zvrheirlooms.com.
1. Shipping Destinations & Methods
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (48 states).
- We use UPS® Ground to ship all products.

Standard shipments are sent via UPS® Ground or comparable insured service. Expedited orders are sent via UPS Next Day Air® or equivalent.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on carrier service and your location. Delivery dates are estimates only; actual delivery may vary.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

All orders qualify for free shipping (as noted previously) — no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Because shipping is free, packages are insured, and shipping costs are included in the price.

We may offer expedited shipping for an additional fee (if enabled); charges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Expectations & Delays

While we use insured, reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, holidays, or other external factors.

We recommend allowing a three (3)-business-day buffer beyond when you need the package in hand.

For time-sensitive orders (e.g., gifts), choose expedited shipping and allow extra buffer time.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or attempted delivery) with photos/documentation.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and — upon approval — offer a replacement or store credit.

Once a package is scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you’d like to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@zvrheirlooms.com.

We can only honor changes or cancellations before the order ships. Once it ships, the regular shipping policy applies.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty-Related Shipments

For information about returns, exchanges, or warranty repairs — please refer to our Refund Policy and Warranty & Repair Program pages.

Returned or repaired items are shipped back to you using the same shipping method; shipping cost responsibility will be as outlined in those policies.
8. International Shipping & U.S. Territories
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
When international options become available, they will appear during checkout and pricing will adjust automatically.
