What is ZVR Heirlooms?

ZVR Heirlooms is a fine-crafted jewelry brand specializing in elegant, high-quality pieces designed to last a lifetime. Each item is made with intention and built to be cherished.

How do you pronounce “ZVR”? What does it mean?

“ZVR” is pronounced zey-var — a phonetic nod to the Urdu word zēvar,” which means “jewelry.”
Our name reflects both our cultural roots and our belief that adornment is deeply personal, meaningful, and expressive.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — many of our pieces are handcrafted, and some include natural gemstones. Because of this, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are normal and make every piece unique.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces may feature sterling silver, gold-fill, vermeil plating, natural stones, and premium alloy components. The exact material details for every design are listed on the product page.

How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Store pieces away from moisture and direct sunlight
  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and chemical exposure
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Use a soft polishing cloth to maintain shine

📦 ORDERING & PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and digital payment options provided at checkout. All transactions are securely processed.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Orders can be updated only before they ship. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at hello@zvrheirlooms.com.


🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All packages are shipped exclusively via UPS® Ground.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on location and UPS transit schedules.


🔄 RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Do you accept returns?

Yes — returns are accepted for unworn items in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method or as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact us at hello@zvrheirlooms.com, within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Earrings that have been worn or show signs of use are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.


🛠 WARRANTY & REPAIR

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — we offer a lifetime repair warranty for normal wear-and-tear.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Stone tightening or resetting
  • Metal bending or minor structural adjustments
  • General wear-based repairs

What is not covered?

  • Lost earrings or missing pieces
  • Water, chemical, or perfume damage
  • Excessive force, intentional damage, or deep tarnish from improper care

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs, unless otherwise stated.


🎁 GIFTING

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes — simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. You may also include a note by emailing us after you place the order.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available and make a perfect option when you’re not sure which design they’ll love most.
