Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and the digital payment options available at checkout. Every transaction is securely processed — shop with confidence.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes — but please reach out quickly. Orders can be updated or cancelled before they ship, so the sooner you contact us, the better. Email us athello@zvrheirlooms.comand we'll do our best to help.

Shipping Information


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it — stay tuned.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All packages are shipped exclusively via UPS® Ground.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, then shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery time after that depends on your location and UPS transit schedules. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Store Credit

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.

Return shipping is on us if the item arrived defective or incorrect. For all other returns, the customer covers shipping.

How do I start a return?

Email us athello@zvrheirlooms.comwithin 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send return instructions right away.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or show signs of use cannot be returned. Items marked Final Sale are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Warranty & Repair

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every ZVR piece comes with a lifetime repair warranty for normal wear and tear. We make jewelry that's meant to last, and we stand behind it.

What does the warranty cover?

We cover repairs from everyday wear, including:

  • Stone tightening or resetting
  • Metal bending or minor structural adjustments
  • General wear-based repairs

What's not covered: lost pieces, damage from water, chemicals, or perfume, or anything caused by excessive force or improper care. Customers cover shipping costs for repairs unless we've told you otherwise.

Product & Material Care

What materials do you use?

Depending on the design, our pieces may include sterling silver, gold-fill, vermeil plating, natural stones, and premium alloy components. The exact materials for each piece are listed on its product page.

Because many of our designs are handcrafted and feature natural gemstones, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are completely normal — and what makes each piece one of a kind.

How should I care for my jewelry?

A little care goes a long way. Here's how to keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Store away from moisture and direct sunlight
  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and chemicals
  • Polish gently with a soft cloth to restore shine

Gifting

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. If you'd like to include a personal note, email us after placing your order athello@zvrheirlooms.comand we'll make sure it's included.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available and make a thoughtful option when you're not sure which design they'll love. They're delivered instantly by email and never expire.

How do you pronounce “ZVR”? What does it mean?

It's pronounced zey-var— a phonetic nod to the Urdu word zēvar, meaning "jewelry." Our name is a reflection of our cultural roots and the belief that what you wear carries meaning.
