  • Remove jewelry before showering, exercising, or swimming.
  • Protect from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Always adorn your jewelry as the finishing touch and remove it first before winding down.
  • Avoid contact with cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, gels and lotions.
  • After wearing, gently wipe your earrings with a clean, soft cloth.
  • Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or provided box to prevent scratching, avoiding plastic storage.

  • Orders typically ship within 5 business days after purchase.
  • Your ZVR orders always come with fully insured shipping.
  • All standard packages are shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air® service.
  • All express packages are shipped using UPS Next Day Air® service for a $25 fee.

ZVR cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. We recommend choosing a delivery date that allows for at least a three (3) day buffer from when you need your package in hand.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you need to return an item, we offer store credit for eligible items.

Our store credit policy includes:

  • Store credit for the full purchase price of the item, valid for future purchases.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase to qualify for store credit.
